Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High
What does P0113 mean?
P0113 means the intake air temperature sensor is reporting a voltage the computer reads as implausibly high, which corresponds to implausibly cold or disconnected. The computer uses intake air temperature to fine-tune the fuel mixture and ignition timing, so a bad reading skews both.
Can I keep driving with P0113?
Low urgency
Safe to drive. The computer falls back on a default temperature value, so the effect is usually mild — worse cold starts and a small fuel-economy penalty.
