What does P0102 mean?
P0102 means the mass airflow sensor is reporting less air entering the engine than the computer believes is plausible. The MAF sensor measures intake air so the computer can match fuel to it. A low reading makes the computer under-fuel the engine, which shows up as hesitation and poor power.
Can I keep driving with P0102?
Moderate urgency
Drivable but unpleasant, and stalling in traffic is its own hazard. Cleaning the sensor is a cheap first step before replacing it.

An air filter that is clogged, or an intake duct that is loose or split
